Clubs Needed
A vital part of a coaches development is experience of hands on coaching and leadership to add to knowledge they gain from various courses. As part of my development programme I intend to establish strong links between schools and local sports clubs in order to provide young leaders with coaching placements in their community. All coaches are being mentored on a one to one basis to provide them with all the help and support they need to become more confident, experience and knowledgable coaches.
