10 2 10 Trinity Family Of Primary Schools 4th Swimming Gala
Don’t forget your ear-plugs!’ – Good advice, as I was heading for the 4th Trinity Family of Primary Schools’ swimming gala!
This year’s modified programme saw Y5 pupils competing without the added weight of Y6 help. Was it noticeably quieter…NO it wasn’t!
All races were enthusiastically contested with swimmers using the skills acquired during school and club sessions.
Supporters – staff, parents and pupils - cheered and applauded their team mates to the finish, where Cheryl placed and congratulated them.
Congratulations to King Edward Swimming Team for winning our 4th gala.

3rd place - Brooke
2nd place – Green Top
1st place - King Edward
Thanks to Thorne Leisure Centre swimming instructor Cheryl and her pool staff for officiating; Mrs Green, for officiating; school staff for organising teams; Y5 pupils for swimming so enthusiastically.
