7 9 09 – Cricket Funding meeting with Liz Appleyard
Liz has agreed a further £2000 to continue promoting cricket in our local schools, this to be linked with Fishlake Cricket Club.
This year we plan to organise a level 1 cricket coaching course so tat ten Trinity Academy pupils will have the necessary skills to coach Y3/4s in our five local primary schools; we also want to involve Y3/4 teachers by organising a ‘twilight’ inset cricket coaching course; and to again run the Y3/4 cricket festival and summer tournament at Fishlake CC.
